In March 2024, Sunnyvale School District voters approved Measure C, a $214 million school bond that continues to support improvements across our schools. We remain grateful to our community for this investment in our students, our schools, and the future of Sunnyvale.

Measure C is helping fund the modernization and improvement of older facilities, upgrades to instructional technology, and improvements to campus safety and security, ensuring that students and staff have access to safe, functional, and modern learning environments.

During the April 9 facilities update to the Board of Education, Director of Facilities and Operations Brandt Burns outlined several key projects, with a primary focus on upcoming work at Sunnyvale Middle School.

Districtwide efforts, including updated exterior color standards, are also underway to support cohesive and well-maintained campuses.

Guided by the Facilities Master Plan and informed by community input, this work reflects a long-term commitment to maintaining high-quality schools across the District.

Together, we are investing in the future of Sunnyvale schools. Thank you again for your trust and partnership as we continue this work for current and future generations of students.
