We are excited to share the updated 2025-2026 school year calendar. You will notice the primary changes involve our transitional kindergarten and kindergarten students. We believe these changes will provide them with more valuable instructional time and will make childcare arrangements simpler for families by reducing half-day schedules.

Please note that no other parts of the 2025-2026 school year calendar (which was initially approved on December 12, 2024) have changed. 

Please see below for what is new for the 2025-26 School Year: 

• Full-Day TK Starts Sooner: Full-day Transitional Kindergarten (TK) will now begin on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, right after Labor Day. The first two weeks will have an early release.

  • Home-to-School Transportation will be provided for our TK students during the first two weeks of school. 

  • HTST services will only be provided to those students who are registered and have received an email confirmation.

• Kindergarten Starts Full-Day from Day One: Kindergarten students will begin in full-day classes starting on the very first day of school, Monday, August 18, 2025. This is a change many families have requested over the years, especially for childcare reasons, and the reasons for the early release periods no longer exist.

• Conference Week Moved: Parent-teacher conference week for TK through 5th grades has shifted two weeks and will now take place the week of October 6, 2025.

• October Early Release Date Change: The early release day in October (for teacher learning) will now be on October 21, 2025, due to the new conference week schedule.

• Special TK Conference Week: There will be a dedicated conference week just for TK during the week of March 30, 2026, to help meet the specific programmatic needs of TK.
