TK-5th Grade Registration Process
STEP 1: Gather all required documents. All documents must be submitted at the time of registration. See Registration Requirements
STEP 2: Complete registration via our online portal
STEP 3: Registration completion- Ms. Armenta will review your records and contact you for confirmation or to follow-up regarding missing documents. Your child is not registered until ALL documents are submitted and verified by the office.

Additional Information
- Vargas is a uniform school. You can visit the Uniform Information page on our website for more information on where to purchase.
- If living in shared housing, an Affidavit of Residency is required before submitting registration.
- Use this school finder website to identify your assigned school.
- You must register students in the grade based on their date of birth. Refer to our Grade Level Criteria.
School Tours
We offer school tours for parents who would like to learn more about our campus, programs, and community. To ensure a welcoming and informative experience, tour groups are kept small, and space is limited so contact the office to secure your spot on the tour. Tours are designed for adults only.
